the lists were prepared as the result of a request from the Commercial Intelligence Branch.
I am to add, for the information of Mr Secretary
Harcourt, that private enquiries have elicited from Messrs Kelly a statement to the effect that they would be unwilling
to make any payment for the use of these lists, as the sale would, in their opinion, be insufficient to defray the cost of printing and publication.
